1. How can I track my order?
When your paddle ships, you will be sent the UPS tracking number for your specific package. The tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided us when you placed your order.
2. Why haven’t I received my order yet?
Please allow TWO WEEKS for most orders to arrive. This gives us 3-5 days to finish your paddle (if it’s not in stock already) and 5-7 days delivery time for UPS Ground. We try to keep everything in stock (especially around the holidays), but please keep the delivery time in mind when placing your order.
In order to keep our cost low or ensure delivery of your product we may ship smaller, non-paddle orders via USPS first class or UPS ground. These non Priority packages are delivered within 3-7 business days (do not include Saturday & Sunday) after the order is placed.
If you have waited more than 7 business days for your order to arrive AFTER receiving shipping notification from us, please contact our customer service department and ask them to track the order for you.
3. Why there is no phone number on your website?
To keep our cost low so we can offer low prices to our valued customers, we encourage our customers to use this FAQ and contact us via email. We are committed to answering emails within 48 hours.
4. Why haven’t I received an email confirming my order?
When your order has successfully processed, you will see an order confirmation number on the receipt page of the website.
This number, which is also emailed to you when your order is placed, confirms that your order has been processed successfully. If you did not receive an order confirmation, please contact one of our customer service reps who will confirm that your order was successfully placed with us and if not, assist you in completing your order. Please include a call back number and the best time to reach you.
If you never received a confirmation email from us, please check your spam filters or with your ISP (internet service provider), to ensure that you are allowing emails from our website.
5. How do I place an order if I live outside of the United States of America?
Please contact us for a shipping quote for international orders. We will only accept payment for international orders via PayPal, and we will only ship to a verified PayPal address. Once we give you a shipping quote and you agree to the order, we will invoice you through PayPal for your order.
6. Why does my order show that it is cancelled?
Occasionally, orders are cancelled within our system. If your order is canceled for any reason, you will receive an email notifying you of the cancellation. Some of the reasons for cancellation include:
– Items not available or out of stock
– Difficulty in processing your payment information
– Cannot ship to address provided
– Duplicate order was placed
– Cancelled due to customer request, prior to shipping
– Unable to verify an order
In most cases, we will make an attempt to contact you before canceling your order.
If we must cancel an order, you will receive a FULL REFUND via PayPal.
7. What if my package is lost?
If you have not received your order within 15 business days from the day your order was shipped, please contact our customer service center.
We will provide you with a UPS claim form, and once the claim form is completed and returned to us, we can reship or refund your order.
Please make sure to check with your local UPS and apartment management to ensure your package has not been delivered to a different unit in your apartment complex. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
8. I need expedited delivery; how do I do request that?
Expedited delivery is available upon request, assuming the product is in stock. If you would like to expedite your order, please contact us and we will help do our best to get your order expedited. Extra fees will apply and there are no guarantees as your order will be expedited until customer service member has confirmed your request. Instead of checking out through our website, your order will be invoiced to you via PayPal. You must have a valid PayPal account with a verified address in order for us to ship your expedited order.
9. How do I pay for my order?
After you have chosen the items you wish to purchase, click the “Checkout” button. This will lead you to our checkout page. Here you will be asked for your billing and shipping and payment information.

Sorry, we do not except check or money orders.
You will be redirected to PayPal’s site to complete your purchase. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY FOR YOUR ORDER. You may click the “I don’t have a PayPal account” link on PayPal’s page to be taken to a page on PayPal’s site where you can enter your credit or debit card information without signing up for a PayPal account.
10. What do I do if I need to cancel an order?
If you realize that you need to cancel an order, contact us and request that we cancel your order.
If the product hasn’t already shipped, we will cancel the order and refund your money via PayPal.
If your order has shipped, or you receive your order and realize you ordered the wrong product, please contact our customer service center to make arrangements to return the incorrect order back to us.
11. What can I do if I received the wrong order or some else’s order?
Please contact us with your order number. We will take care of your exchange immediately and ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
12. How do I receive a return authorization (RMA)?
In order to receive an RMA, please contact us and request a RMA. One of our representatives will be happy to initiate the process for you. Returning your product without first obtaining an RMA from us may cause a delay in processing your return and issuing any refunds. Once we receive your return and it is inspected and found to be in good shape, we will issue your refund through PayPal.
13. Can you do custom paddles with my text, logo, or photo?
Yes! We can!
Do you need something for your business with your logo?
Do you have a special family memory you’d like to include from your favorite beach get-away or fishing trip?
Would you like your club, group, or organization to have a custom paddle with your logo or information?
We can also do custom paddles for a small additional charge, if you provide the photo or artwork. Almost anything is possible and is quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information.
14. Where is Shit Creek?
No one really knows where Shit Creek is, and not many people actually look for it, to be honest with you. However, most people find themselves up Shit Creek much, much quicker than they would like and, usually, without notice. 15. Where did the phrase “up shit creek without a paddle” come from?
This slang phrase, like most street slang, is difficult to date and determine the origin of precisely. What we can say is that it, or at least the ‘shit creek’ part of it was known in the USA in the 1860s as it appeared in the transcript of the 1868 Annual report of the [US] Secretary of War, in a section that included reports from districts of South Carolina:
“Our men have put old [Abraham] Lincoln up shit creek.”
In Lincoln’s day, as now, ‘shit creek’ wasn’t a real place, just a figurative way of describing somewhere unpleasant; somewhere one wouldn’t want to be.
The ‘without a paddle’ ending is just an intensifier, added later for additional effect. This dates from the middle of the 20th century. The American novelist John Dos Passos used the phrase in Adventures of a Young Man, 1939:
“They left the store ready to cry from worry. It was dark; they had a hard time finding their way through the woods to the place where they’d left the canoe. The mosquitos ate the hides off them. ‘Well, we’re up shit creek without any paddle’.”
